By downloading, installing, or using InternetQuality ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Rastislav Cervenak ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.
InternetQuality is a WiFi quality monitoring and analysis application for iOS that provides:
The App performs all measurements locally on your device. Quality scores are calculated using our proprietary algorithm that weighs latency, jitter, and packet loss to produce an overall network health assessment.
The App offers a free tier that includes:
The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including unlimited AR scans and saves, peer-to-peer speed testing, internet latency monitoring, advanced charts and analytics, numeric quality score display, and full network information.
Pro subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans. All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
In summary: network measurements are processed entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your network data on external servers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Network quality measurements are approximations based on ICMP ping responses and may not reflect the full picture of your network performance. Factors such as device load, operating system background activity, and network congestion can influence measurement results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RASTISLAV CERVENAK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability for all claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through a notice within the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Slovak Republic.
